Turn Key Utility Construction, Inc. located in Joshua, Texas was founded in 1997 by Steve Barnes, the President and owner. Today, Turn Key is one of the most sought-after utility contractors in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Turn Key generally operates within the DFW Metroplex and extends to a 250 mile radius. We have over 400 pieces in our fleet and approximately 20 crews including underground utility specialists and overhead high voltage specialists.

We handle job of all sizes from private residential to working with developers on large projects. The primary focus of our business is underground and overhead electrical and telecommunications services which includes installation and repair. In addition to the typical utility installation we also offer specialized services such as electrical rerouting of underground utilities for local pool companies and installation of electrical civil facilities on large subdivisions. We also specialize in the installation of sewer, water and gas lines for private residences, developers and public utility providers, which can all  be done by hand in congested areas when needed.

Turn Key Utility Construction, Inc. has one of the largest rock trenchers in the area for jobs that require it. We also have a large pressure digger for digging holes in rocky areas where needed for utility pole placement as well as piers in rock areas where a normal digger will not work.
